Charlie Tulloch draws on 15 years' experience as a public sector consultant. He scopes and delivers all projects with an eye to clients' needs for rigor and quality. He works with selected delivery partners to complement his skills.

Policy Performance operates with the highest standards of ethics. Post-bushfire support was provided to the Salvation Army and the World Wildlife Fund. Policy Performance supported flood relief.

Charlie volunteers his time to supporting the Australian Evaluation Society (AES) via its mentoring program. He is former Chair of the AES Relationships Committee and was a Board member between April 2020 and Sept 2022.

He is on the national executive (in the role of Secretary) for Tennis Seniors Australia.
