About Us
Since 2018, we have worked to enhance public sector performance – from strategy to impact.
Our skills are applied across the public sector environment. We aim to maximise the public good via well-planned and effective government services, to benefit people and habitats in need of support.
We offer an agile two-person team. Charlie Tulloch, Director, support a diverse range of projects. Arun Callapilli, Research and Evaluation Consultant, brings deep expertise in statistics, analysis and data visualisation. We are based in Adelaide and Melbourne, but work Australia-wide and in the Asia-Pacific.
We deliver evaluation projects directly and partner often with like-minded organisations and individuals to offer deeper sectoral knowledge.

Our Values

Policy Performance improves the planning, collection and use of evidence across the policy cycle.
We uphold the highest standards of ethics and social responsibility via our work. We are rigorous in our practices and deeply respect the people and organisations who welcome us to work with them. We care about the people and environments we work with — and are committed to making a meaningful positive impact through our projects and capability building work.
We are positive corporate citizens and donate to various causes. This includes Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge (for homelessness programs via We Are Mobilise), the Salvation Army (for flood relief; support during COVID), the World Wildlife Fund (post-bushfires) and the Red Stich Actors Theatre (support during COVID). In 2024 (Melbourne) and 2025 (Canberra), we have sponsored the Australian Evaluation Society’s International Evaluation Conference.
We have spent time leaning about the cultural, spiritual and educational practices of First Nations communities in Australia, and the cultural practices within Asia-Pacific countries we work with. We are committed to working towards a world that is open, respectful and optimistic about the future.
